Calling to speak with the doctor:
If you have a question for Dr Giroux, feel free to call. If he’s busy, he will call you back usually during the lunch hour, or after the scheduled visits are finished for the day. If it’s an urgent matter, please let the receptionist know and she will interrupt him.
If you will not be able to make a scheduled appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
“No shows” are not appreciated, and last minute cancellations are strongly discouraged.
Please give us at least 24 hours to renew your medications. Your request must be checked against your records for safety, and only Dr Giroux can authorize a renewal. We will sometimes need to call you back for more information.
